Ashley Steinberg

Ashley Steinberg has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an IT Solution Analyst Sr. at The Mosaic Company since October 2015. Prior roles at The Mosaic Company included IT Solution Analyst, HR System Coordinator, and various recruiting positions, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting mechanics, managing testing programs, and overseeing college recruiting initiatives. Previously, during tenure at Target from May 2013 to October 2015 as Human Resource Executive, significant contributions included reducing employee turnover and enhancing employee satisfaction through innovative recognition programs. Earlier experience as Hall Director at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg involved hiring and supervising resident assistants and developing housing outreach campaigns. Ashley holds a Master's degree in College Student Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of South Florida, along with an Associate's degree from Hillsborough Community College.
