Charles Cuthill

Charles Cuthill is an experienced professional with a background in project management and operations within the mining, agricultural, and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager at The Mosaic Company since April 2018, Charles has also held the roles of Manager, Large Capital, and owner of Welwyn Consulting Corp., which provides project management services throughout the project life-cycle. Prior to this, Charles worked at Suncor Energy as Operations Area Manager overseeing production for a SAGD plant, and at Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan as Mill Maintenance GF/Chief Power Engineer, managing a large team for safe operations. Charles began the career at The Mosaic Company as a Shift Engineer/Mechanic. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Power Engineering Technology from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
