Geoffrey Flury

Geoffrey Flury is a seasoned executive in operations and management, currently serving as VP Capital for North America at The Mosaic Company since October 2020. Prior to this role, Geoffrey held the position of Director of Operations at McDermott International Inc., where commendations included a Letter of Recognition from the CEO for leading the best module program globally. As Director of Fabrication at Chicago Bridge & Iron, Geoffrey successfully stabilized operations after a senior management departure, gaining recognition in a prominent business publication. At FMC Technologies, Geoffrey's extensive tenure spanned multiple roles, including General Manager, where significant growth in EBIT and top-line revenue was achieved across various regions, and as General Manager for a new operation in China, where first-year sales targets were nearly doubled.
