Jeremy Hilderman

Jeremy Hilderman is an experienced professional in maintenance management and environmental health and safety, currently serving as a Senior Training Manager and Global Digital Acceleration - Maintenance Manager at The Mosaic Company since July 2010. In these roles, Jeremy leads initiatives to align maintenance processes across multiple countries with SAP software applications while overseeing the execution of corporate environmental health and safety audits across the Americas. Previously, Jeremy held positions as Turnaround Superintendent and Maintenance Superintendent, focusing on developing teams and improving asset reliability. Jeremy's career began at SaskTel, where roles included Project Manager and Technical Analyst. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Regina - Luther College.
