Jerry Dominic

Jerry Dominic has over two decades of experience in management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at The Mosaic Company, overseeing the Bartow Facility since January 2011. Prior to this role, Jerry held various positions at The Mosaic Company from June 1990 to May 2006, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Jerry also founded Delta Homes, where responsibilities included serving as President and Owner from June 2006 to December 2010, focusing on residential home building. In addition, Jerry volunteered in operations and small group ministry at RADIUS Church from June 2007 to June 2010. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of South Florida.
