Jill Stevenson Paulik

Jill Stevenson Paulik is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in the agricultural science sector. Currently serving as a Research and Development Advisor at The Mosaic Company since January 2024, Jill previously held multiple leadership roles at AgBiome, including Biologicals Research Program Lead and R&D Research Leader, from September 2016 to December 2023. Prior to that, Jill worked at BASF Plant Science for over a decade in various scientific positions, focusing on herbicide tolerant crops and seed traits. Jill's early career includes a postdoctoral research associate role at Duke University Medical Center and Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Education includes a PhD in Botany/Plant Biology from North Carolina State University and two degrees in Nutrition Science from Purdue University.
