Mike Waller

Mike Waller is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at The Mosaic Company since January 2023, Mike previously held the role of M&R Professional at Ascend Performance Materials from April 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Mike worked at The Mosaic Company for nearly three decades, starting as Maintenance Superintendent in May 1990 and continuing in that role until January 2018. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, earned between 1985 and 1990.
