Russ Flugel

Russ Flugel is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer at The Mosaic Company since May 2022, Flugel previously held the role of Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller at Air Products from June 1998 to May 2022. Flugel’s responsibilities at Air Products included overseeing SEC filings and leading financial planning and technical accounting for a Fortune 500 global industrial gas company. Prior to this, Flugel served in various financial leadership roles, including Segment Controller and Finance Manager. Flugel began a career in the military as a Captain in the Chemical Corps of the US Army, with leadership roles in the 82nd Airborne Division. Flugel holds an MBA in Finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
