Ryan Chan

Ryan Chan is a seasoned professional in materials science and engineering with extensive experience in research and development, business integration, and technical operations. Currently serving as a Research Advisor at The Mosaic Company since October 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Director of Process at Noel Group LLC, where leadership in the development of integrated business management tools was emphasized. As a co-founder and president of Tethis, Inc., Ryan managed post-acquisition integration and significantly expanded the intellectual property portfolio. With experience at RTI International and Corning Incorporated, as well as educational qualifications that include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, Ryan possesses a strong background in advancing technology and innovation across various sectors.
