Abby Ratnasothy is an experienced marketing professional specializing in customer retention and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of CRM at The Mothership since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading CRM activities across multiple global e-commerce brands. Previously, Abby worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Carlita Digital, developing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, and held the position of Global Retention Manager at The INKEY List, focusing on engagement and loyalty strategies. As the founder of The Adorned, Abby aimed to innovate women's fashion access through a subscription-based rental service. Additional experience includes roles at John Lewis & Partners and Sweaty Betty, as well as a marketing internship at Forensic Risk Alliance. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Coventry University.
