Joe Frenette

Joe Frenette is an experienced financial columnist and journalist with a strong background in financial analysis and technology. Since November 2016, Joe has served as a Financial Columnist at The Motley Fool, while also contributing to TipRanks from May 2021 to September 2024. In addition, Joe worked as a Financial Journalist for InvestorPlace from November 2023 to August 2024. Prior to their writing career, Joe held positions in quality assurance and test automation, including roles at Avigilon and Syscon Justice Systems. Joe began the professional journey as a Research Analyst at Pacific Gastroenterology Associates. Educationally, Joe holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in April 2013.
