Kate Herman

Kate Herman has extensive experience in various editorial roles, starting as a Suburban Staff Writer at the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2000. Kate then moved on to roles such as Associate Editor at the Democratic Leadership Council, Senior Editor at AAUW, and Managing Editor at Hanley Wood. Most recently, they held positions at The Motley Fool, including Managing Editor, Events Director, Director of Internal Communications, Director of Learning & Development, and currently serves as the Head Of People Resources. Kate'swork involves overseeing editorial processes, managing events, internal communications, learning & development initiatives, and employee relations.

Kate Herman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English/Writing from Wittenberg University in 1998. Kate then pursued a Master's Degree in Journalism with a focus on Magazine Publishing from Northwestern University in 1999. In January 2021, Kate obtained a SHRM Professional Membership certification from SHRM.
