Lawrence Morrisson

Lawrence Morrisson has over 30 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Lawrence started as a Computer Specialist at the London Borough of Redbridge in 1990 and then moved on to roles such as Network Analyst at Sony Europe Finance PLC and IT Consultant at Nomura Asset Management Limited. Lawrence also served as the Head of Tech Infrastructure at The Motley Fool Limited and lovemoney.com Limited before becoming the Director of Information Technology at The Motley Fool, where they led teams in IT infrastructure operations and strategic planning. Throughout their career, Lawrence has focused on ensuring the proper functioning and improvement of IT systems to support business objectives.

Lawrence Morrisson attended Emerson Park Sixth Form School/College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Computer Science. Lawrence later obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
