Leah Murphy, PMP®, has extensive experience in client experience and operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at The Motley Fool since August 2014. In this role, Leah engages with both prospective and existing customers across various product offerings, overseeing daily operations, implementing growth and retention strategies, and leading team development initiatives. Prior to this, Leah was the Customer Relations Manager at ESI International from March 2011 to July 2014, where Leah successfully reorganized workflows and managed customer service and e-training operations. Leah's career began with an internship at HOCHTIEF Construction in Germany, which sparked an interest in international business. Leah holds a Master of Arts in Modern Global History from Jacobs University Bremen and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Technology Management from Clarkson University.
