Fadi Shatara is an experienced professional with a strong background in accounting and management. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at The Motorcycle Company since April 2017, Fadi previously held accounting roles at Visionquest and the Grand Rapids Art Museum, where responsibilities included cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Prior to these positions, Fadi was a Manager at The Pita House from January 2008 to January 2016, leading a team and focusing on profitability and operational efficiency. Earlier career experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at Comerica Bank. Fadi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Haworth College of Business, along with multiple degrees in Accounting from Western Michigan University.

In October 2019, one of the world’s largest Harley-Davidson dealer groups (Veracka Family Harley-Davidson Dealer Group) split into two companies representing another chapter of the Veracka Family’s 40-year motorcycle industry legacy while David Veracka took over the reins of The Motorcycle Company and created The Motorcycle Company Consulting Group or “TMC”. TMC provides consulting services to Harley-Davidson dealers as well as all other brand motorcycle dealers in the form of sales training, marketing, accounting and recruiting services.
