John Mato

John Mato is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in oncology services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Nursing for Outpatient Oncology at The Mount Sinai Hospital since January 2021, John also holds the position of Clinical Director of Safety and Quality at the Tisch Cancer Center, part of the Mount Sinai Health System, since March 2022. Prior roles include Nurse Manager of Oncology at Mount Sinai Health System from June 2019 to January 2021 and various positions at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, including Oncology Coordinator, Care Coordinator, and Clinical Nurse from September 2014 to June 2019. John Mato holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University and a Master's degree from Wake Forest University.
