Kristen Magee

Kristen Magee, LMSW, currently serves as an Oncology and Palliative Care Social Worker at The Mount Sinai Hospital since March 2023. Previously, Kristen worked as a Psychotherapist Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, Kristen was a Crisis Counselor at RAINN from April 2020 to January 2022, supporting survivors of sexual assault and their families. Kristen also held the position of Crisis Counselor and Medical Advocate at Resilience from January 2019 to October 2020, providing counseling and advocacy in partnership with hospitals across Chicagoland. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, completed in May 2022, and a degree from Ithaca College earned in 2006.
