Lauren Scott

Lauren Scott, MSN, AGACNP-BC, AOCNP, currently serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Providers in Oncology at The Mount Sinai Hospital, overseeing both inpatient and outpatient oncology clinical operations since November 2017. Previously, Lauren held roles as Clinical Program Manager for Inpatient Oncology and BMT NP Services, managing a large Nurse Practitioner group, and as a Nurse Practitioner, where responsibilities included the acute care of patients in hematology/oncology and participation in clinical trials. Experience at New York-Presbyterian Hospital involved providing clinical care in an acute care oncology unit, while earlier positions included roles in footwear specialty, family practice medical assistance, and wilderness emergency medical training. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Oregon State University.
