Brad Near is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership. Currently serving as Head of Talent and CEO at Rainier Recruiting since 2016, Brad has received multiple accolades, including the #1 Best Workplace Award for Small Businesses in 2022 and the 40under40 award in 2019. Additionally, Brad contributes to the community as the Seattle Branch Director on the Board of Directors for The Mountaineers and as a Volunteer Leader for the Seattle Animal Shelter's "Get Fit with Fido" program. Formerly, Brad held the position of Vice President at the Seattle Animal Shelter Foundation and excelled as a Recruiting Supervisor at Sales & Management Recruiting, achieving numerous production awards and records. Brad's educational background includes a Fellowship at the World Affairs Council and a degree in Film & Video Production from The Art Institutes.
