Andy Norman

Andy Norman has extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the CEO and Chief Product Officer of The Multiplayer Group (MPG) since May 2019, where Andy also holds a board member position. Prior to this, Norman held the role of Executive Producer at Nordeus from January 2018 to May 2019, overseeing PnL responsibilities as part of the extended leadership team. Norman's previous positions include Executive Producer at Radiant Worlds during a successful company sale, Publishing Director at Codemasters focusing on the DiRT franchise, and roles at Monumental Games, Emote Games Ltd, Sega Racing Studio, EA, and Eidos. Norman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Communication from Middlesex University.
