Austin Robrahn

Austin Robrahn has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in client coordination, sales assistance, and management. Currently serving as a Private Sales Assistant at The Murder Mystery Company since January 2016, Austin oversees client follow-up, assists representatives, and trains staff on new technology and techniques. Concurrently, Austin holds the position of Shift Runner at Five Guys Enterprises, responsible for managing crew operations, balancing cash drawers, and addressing customer complaints. Previous experience includes working as a Bank Teller at Lake Michigan Credit Union, where financial transactions were handled efficiently, and as a Marketing Intern at Celebration! Cinema, where promotional materials were designed and marketing strategies were developed. Austin obtained a degree from Grand Valley State University after graduating from Montague High School.
