Jason Salsman

Jason Salsman is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in media and public relations. Currently serving as Press Secretary for Muscogee (Creek) Nation since March 2020, Jason previously held the position of Marketing Coordinator for Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tourism & Recreation, where responsibilities included overseeing digital and sales marketing efforts and managing social media content. Prior to this, Jason was with Mvskoke Media from 2005 to 2019, where roles included Multimedia Producer and Visual Media Supervisor, creating and producing the weekly television program Native News Today, the only program of its kind in Oklahoma. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 2005.
