Letitia Fernandez Ivins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Letitia Fernandez is currently the Senior Director of Civic Strategies & Partnerships at The Music Center since September 2022. Letitia was a member of the Emerging Leaders Council at Americans for the Arts from 2009 to 2012 and served as an Advisory Board Member for Outpost for Contemporary Art from March 2008 to 2011. Letitia Fernandez began their career in 2004 at Ryman Arts, where they worked in Development & Operations.

Letitia Fernandez Ivins completed their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2003 at Vassar College, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History.
