Ojas Bhagra has a diverse work experience in various fields. In 2017, they served as the Co-Chair of the Olmsted County Youth Commission, where they held a leadership role for over three years. In 2020, Ojas founded and directed #BeWellCOVID, a social media initiative aimed at providing support during the COVID-19 pandemic. They also worked as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's during the same year. In 2021, Ojas worked as a Summer Tennis Coach at the Rochester Athletic Club Inc. In 2019, they served as the Founding Director of Stories of Stigma and Strength, a storytelling project that aimed to foster understanding and unity in society.
