Felicity Laczina

Felicity Laczina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Corporate Services at The Mutual Bank since June 2022, Felicity also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at The Mai-Wel Group. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Varley Group, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at City of Newcastle, and a variety of HR-related positions at Newcastle Permanent Building Society, along with experience at University of Newcastle, Department of Health and Ageing, and Darwin Central Hotel. Felicity's educational background includes advanced studies in management and human resources from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Cornell University, complementing a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Newcastle.
