Josh H.

Josh H. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and digital banking. Currently serving as Chief Digital and Technology Officer at The Mutual Bank since July 2023, Josh previously held the position of Group Head of Cyber Security at NGM Group for a brief period earlier in 2023. From 2011 to 2023, Josh played a pivotal role at Newcastle Permanent Building Society, where responsibilities included Head of Cyber Security, ITGRC & Technical Services, as well as several managerial positions focused on digital banking and information security. Prior experience includes working at Westpac as Team Leader for Online Banking Support and at Arrow Voice & Data as Manager of eMarketing. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security from Deakin University and a Diploma in Information Technology (Web Production and Management) from Newcastle Institute of Technology.
