Earlier career highlights include a role as Senior Principal Scientist at Boeing from 1989 to 1999 and as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1986 to 1989. Charlie Fischer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University, complemented by foundational education at the High School of Engineering & Science.
