Isaac Luria is an experienced professional in social justice and community engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Place-Based Initiatives at the Nathan Cummings Foundation since January 2017, where the focus is on grant-making and social impact in Israel-Palestine and the American South. Previously, Luria held the role of Director of Voice, Creativity, and Culture at the Nathan Cummings Foundation, driving initiatives to address climate change and inequality. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Action + Media at Auburn Theological Seminary, Organizing Director at Groundswell, and Vice President of Communications and New Media at J Street. Educational credentials include a degree in American Studies from Trinity College-Hartford and attendance at Northfield Mount Hermon.
