Additionally, Rey has held positions such as CEO at MMGL Corporation and President of Global Business Development at Opterna International. With a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University, Rey has dedicated their career to advancing national innovation agendas and improving the standard of living for low-income individuals through technology.
