Amber Kinney has extensive experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational development. Amber currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dunn Construction. In addition, Amber has held various leadership roles at the National Association of Women in Construction, including President and Immediate Past President. Amber previously worked at Couch Aggregates LLC and Adkins and Kimbrough Mechanical, where Amber excelled in HR management and administration. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Sociology with a concentration in Human Services Minor Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

National Association of Women in Construction
NAWIC is an international association serving 120+ chapters across the United States. It was founded in 1953 to enhance the success of women in the construction industry as “Women in Construction of Fort Worth, Texas.” In 1955, the charter was expanded to allow chapters to form across the country and the National Association of Women in Construction was born. NAWIC’s Core Purpose is “To enhance the success of women in the construction industry.” The association has expanded to include international affiliates in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
