Dr Irina Roncaglia is a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Lead at The National Autistic Society. Dr Irina is also a Consultant Sport and Exercise Performance Psychologist at English National Ballet, and serves on the editorial boards of various psychology journals. Previously, Dr Irina worked as an Assistant Psychologist at The NAS - Sybil Elgar and as a Soloist Performing Artist at The English National Ballet. Dr Roncaglia holds multiple degrees in psychology, dance studies, and performing arts.
