Fia Forslund

Fia Forslund is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Institution Manager at Statens institutionsstyrelse since August 2022. Previous roles include Coach/Mentor at Karriärkonsulten and Vice CEO/Organizational, Quality, Treatment Manager/HR Manager at VÄGARNA VIDARE VÅRD AB, where Fia was responsible for operational and strategic development. With a background as an Area Manager and HR Consultant in various organizations, Fia has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, coaching, and administrative functions.
