Fredrik Ingvarsson

Fredrik Ingvarsson serves as the operative manager at the Statens institutionsstyrelse since August 2022, overseeing treatment for young people at Råby ungdomshem. As an organizational consultant since February 2020, Fredrik has focused on project leadership within healthcare. Additionally, Fredrik holds the position of Captain in the Swedish Armed Forces and has been the CEO and country manager of Fyrljuset since October 2016. Previous roles include operations manager at JENSEN education and CEO of CREDO, where responsibilities encompassed regional and organizational development, project management, and staff oversight. Educational credentials include a degree in pedagogy and sociology from Lund University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Jönköping University.
