Kate Redfern

Kate Redfern currently serves as the Head of Commercial Enablement and Sales Development at The National College and as the Founder of Omni Enablement, both from September and July 2024, respectively. Kate is also a member of the Sales Enablement Collective since November 2022, focusing on professional development through networking. Prior to these roles, Kate held multiple positions at Similarweb, including Senior Director and Director of Global Sales Enablement, where strategic sales methodologies were developed and implemented. Kate's extensive career includes significant roles at Royal Mail and UPS, where responsibilities ranged from training and enablement to account management and sales team leadership. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University.
