Senior Manager, Policy And Advocacy at National Endowment for Financial Education

Emma Donahue currently serves as the Senior Manager of Policy and Advocacy at the National Endowment for Financial Education since April 2022, complementing a parallel role as the Owner of Donahue Public Affairs since January 2018. Previously, Emma held the position of Program Manager for the Secure PERA coalition and worked as the Outreach Coordinator for Colorado Construction Careers, building outreach initiatives across northern Colorado. Emma's campaign management experience includes successful roles for various candidates, notably managing Robert Rodriguez's successful state Senate campaign and serving as a consultant for multiple state and local elections. Emma earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Denver in 2010.
