Michael Orlando is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Project Leader for Product Lifecycle Management at The National Food Lab, Inc. since January 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Food Scientist at Covance, where Michael led the Specification Management Program from October 2016 to January 2018. Michael's career began at International Food Network, LLC, progressing through various roles including Quality Systems Manager and Food Scientist from January 2007 to September 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University and Bachelor's degrees in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College.
