Monica Perez-Watkins has diverse work experience in various environmental organizations. Monica started their career as a Biological Field Technician & Intern, working for multiple organizations from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, Monica worked as a Technician for the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. From 2013 to 2015, they served as Operations Manager at the Great Bear Foundation, where they led fundraising efforts and managed volunteers. Monica later joined the Missoula Conservation District as a Conservation & Communications Coordinator from 2016 to 2018, handling budgets, accounting, and communications. Currently, Monica is employed by the National Forest Foundation. Monica started as a Tree Planting Coordinator in 2018 and is currently a Reforestation Program Manager. In their current role, they manage projects, builds partnerships, tracks metrics, and oversees contracts across a large number of accounts.
