Liana Roopnarine

Liana Roopnarine, REng, currently serves as PMO Lead - Business Transformation at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, focusing on orchestrating deliverables, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating activities for the business transformation program while also leading S/4Hana track Integration Testing. Prior to this, Liana held the position of Strategy and Special Projects Manager at GLEAC, where responsibilities included managing strategic direction and operational excellence at an AI tech startup. Earlier experience encompasses roles such as Project Engineer at Stork, Project Manager at Perenco, and various positions in Supply Chain Management and Facilities Engineering at Repsol, contributing to significant projects and initiatives that delivered cost reductions and enhanced operational safety. Liana holds a Master of Science in Engineering Asset Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
