Richard Bailey MBA, ITIL 4 Practice Manager, GTD has extensive experience in ICT Operations, specializing in IT Service Management. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure Services at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited since July 2003, Richard has also held roles such as Head of Infrastructure Services and Acting Supervisor of IT Technical Support Services, overseeing daily operations and improvement projects. Previous positions include Technical Analyst, Database/System Administrator, and Application Developer. Richard's career began as an Analyst Programmer at the Sunny Group of Companies and further developed at Optik Technologies. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management from the University of the West Indies.
