Patrick Oneal

Patrick ONeal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in unemployment insurance and legislative analysis, currently serving as President and Board Member of Audi Club Northwest since January 2019. As Guest Faculty at The National Judicial College since October 2015, ONeal instructs on federal budget processes and related responsibilities. ONeal has been Principal of UI Solutions since May 2012, focusing on UI appeals management and training for state appeal staff. Previously, ONeal was a UI Program Specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor for nearly 30 years, becoming a national expert in federal unemployment compensation law. ONeal holds a Doctor of Law from Taft Law School, a PhD in Applied Anthropology from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Central Washington University.
