Marius Wang is an experienced exhibition coordinator with a strong background in curatorial practices and art production. Currently serving as the Head of Production for the opening exhibition at the National Museum in Oslo since August 2019, Marius previously held positions such as Utstillingstekniker at STIFTELSEN KUNSTNERNES HUS and lecturer in histories and theories of photography at Oslo Fotokunstskole. Marius co-directed and curated the El Parche Artist Residency in Bogotá, fostering artistic initiatives and exhibitions from May 2009 to June 2015. Additional curatorial experience includes a role at TrAP for the COLOMBORAMA project in Oslo and a prior position as an exhibition coordinator at Fotogalleriet. Marius holds a Master of Arts degree in Photographic and Curatorial Studies from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Bergen Academy of Art and Design.
