Claudia Castano has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 with The Walt Disney Company as a Guest Show Manager. Claudia then worked for Loews Hotels as a Lead Housekeeping Manager before joining Adecco Group as a Senior Client Service Manager. After that, they served as an HR Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing and later as a Human Resources Director at Valls Group. In 2017, they became a Principal Human Capital Consultant at TriNet before assuming their current position as the Vice President of Human Resources at NPW Companies in 2018. Throughout their career, Claudia has gained extensive expertise in human resources management and is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Claudia Castano, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
