I Wayan Ngarayana

I Wayan Ngarayana is a researcher at The National Agency for Research and Innovation of The Republic of Indonesia since September 2021, with previous experience as a post-graduate student at Nagaoka University of Technology specializing in Nuclear System Safety Engineering from September 2017 to August 2022. Prior roles include extensive work in the National Nuclear Energy Agency from January 2008 to August 2021, focusing on safety, security, and safeguard aspects of nuclear power engineering and serving as the Head of the Audit Division, addressing quality assurance and quality control. I Wayan also participated in an Integrated Management System & Safety Culture program with the IAEA in August 2016 and held the position of Quality Engineer at the Nuclear Energy Agency of Indonesia. The educational background encompasses a PhD and a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, a Master of Science in Energy Security from the National Defense University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
