Murray Pittock

Murray was elected to join the Board in September 2019. As professor and pro vice-principal at the University of Glasgow, Murray’s career has included advising on the curriculum and Trust content for schools, training tourist guides and chairing the Kelvin Hall project for the university, via chairing a charity and managing museums. He has written books which have contributed to the interpretation of Trust properties: for example, Culloden (2016).
