Pamela Milne

Pamela Milne has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Pamela worked as the Human Resources Director at The University of Dundee from an unknown start date until December 2022. During their time there, they led and supported various strategic change projects, including university-wide restructuring and achieving savings targets. In 2023, they joined the National Trust for Scotland as the People Director.

Pamela Milne completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Dundee from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Geography from the University of Glasgow between 1980 and 1984. In addition to their formal education, Pamela also obtained a certification as a Chartered Fellow from the CIPD in March 2015.
