Sandra Kostroman

Sandra Kostroman has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Sandra started their career as a University intern at the Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sport in 2010. In 2011, they joined Careerplus Group as an HR Consultant for a brief period. Later that year, they moved on to Die Schweizerische Post and held multiple roles in organizational development and personnel. At Die Schweizerische Post, they specialized in agile methodologies, providing training, coaching, and support to colleagues in implementing Scrum, Kanban, and self-organization.

In 2019, Sandra took time off for traveling before joining the National Trust for Scotland in 2020.
