Ashley Harkrader

Ashley Harkrader is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in development and donor relations. Currently serving as a Loyal Donor Officer at The Nature Conservancy since July 2024, Ashley has previously held notable positions such as Senior Director of Development at Colorado Ballet and multiple roles within the University of Colorado Boulder’s College of Music Advancement Team, including Senior Director of Development and Interim Administrative Officer. Ashley's career includes significant experience at institutions like Colorado College as a Major Gift Officer and at New York University as a Senior Development Associate. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado College and briefly attended the University of Colorado Law School.
