Ashley Pond

Ashley Pond currently serves as the Senior Associate Director of Development III for Corporate and Foundation Relations at The Nature Conservancy, a role initiated in April 2024. Prior to this position, Ashley held the Associate Director of Development II title at The Nature Conservancy from 2023 to 2024 and from January 2018 to December 2021, contributing to the organization's mission of conserving vital lands and waters. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Development for Sustainable Ocean Alliance (2021-2023), focusing on ocean restoration, and positions at ArtCenter College of Design, the University of Southern California, NatureBridge, California Academy of Sciences, Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the Feminist Majority Foundation. Ashley Pond holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Occidental College.
