Emma Morgan

Emma Morgan is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and development within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Development at The Nature Conservancy since September 2025, Emma previously held the role of Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Greenpeace Australia Pacific, where leadership of high-value fundraising teams resulted in significant revenue growth. At the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, Emma developed a successful 3-year bequest strategy, achieving a 91% increase in confirmed intentions.
