George Stroud is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in project management and conservation. Since July 1988, George has served as a Project Manager at The Nature Conservancy, focusing on efforts to protect natural landscapes. Prior to this role, George was the Director at Yosemite Institute (now NatureBridge) from February 1985 to July 1988, and worked as a Ranger for Alaska National Parks with the National Park Service from March 1979 to February 1985. George holds a degree in Conservation of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
